Innovative data logger
Omni Sensors is your expert partner for innovative data loggers for measuring temperature and humidity. Our extremely small and powerful sensors are manufactured in Germany and, thanks to their modular design, can be customised and individually configured. The pre-calibrated climate loggers measure with the highest precision and come with interactive software for recording, monitoring and documenting the measurement data. You can connect our temperature data loggers and humidity data loggers either directly to your PC using a digital USB transmitter or to the control unit of your machines via a PLC transmitter. Give us a call and we will be happy to advise you on choosing a temperature and humidity measurement system that meets your requirements.

Precision measurement with Omni Sensors data loggers
Omni Sensor data loggers measure temperature, dew point, absolute humidity and relative humidity with very high precision, making them an important tool for quality assurance in research and industry. Temperatures can be recorded in the range from -60 to +180°C (briefly even up to 210°C). The temperature logger operates with an accuracy of up to ±0.1°C. The hygrometer data logger can determine air humidity with an accuracy of ±1.5 RH. It has a repeat accuracy of ±0.1% RH and a response time of approx. 3 seconds.

Certified calibrated data loggers
Omni Sensor data loggers for temperature and humidity can be supplied with either a factory calibration certificate or a DAkkS test certificate, ensuring that all requirements for DIN EN ISO 9000 certification are met. Our measuring systems are supplied pre-calibrated, and no recalibration is necessary even when replacing the sensor head. This makes them very convenient to use. The calibrated digital sensor comes with software for recording, monitoring and logging measurement data as standard. The SENTAX software also allows you to configure and calibrate the connected temperature and humidity data loggers, so that recalibration is possible at any time.

Smallest design of data loggers
Data loggers from Omni Sensors are smaller than other comparable temperature and humidity measurement systems, yet extremely powerful. All of the electronics for data acquisition are integrated into the USB connector, which is only 51.5 mm long, has a diameter of 8.0 mm and weighs just 10 grams. The data logger housing is protected against foreign objects (protection class IP 40). These mini high-tech sensors can be used in a wide variety of applications, especially in measuring points that are difficult to access.

Interactive software for data loggers
We provide measurement recording, monitoring and analysis software for evaluating the data. SENTAX is intuitive to use and can be individually configured according to the desired parameters. Temperature data loggers and humidity data loggers are automatically recognised and installed by Windows. No additional device drivers are required. The software package includes an embedded DLL that allows you to integrate the temperature and humidity measurement system into your own applications. The data logger for temperature and humidity has an integrated USB 2.0 interface and is compatible with all common analogue outputs. A preset switching output can also be installed on request. The recorded data is compatible with other applications, such as Microsoft Excel or LabView.

Modular design of data loggers
With Omni Sensor data loggers, you can connect up to 256 sensors for measuring temperature and humidity in parallel. The recorded values can be compared and documented using free software. Thanks to its modular design, you can configure the multi-channel data logger entirely according to your requirements, making it extremely flexible in use. The plug-in design allows the sensor head to be easily replaced without changing the existing wiring. Top-hat rail adapters for control cabinet mounting simplify connection to a PLC system.

Data loggers made in Germany
Omni Sensors is a measuring system for temperature and humidity that offers maximum precision and reliability. These high-tech data loggers are manufactured in Germany by Omni Elektronik GmbH. The owner-managed family business has more than 25 years of experience in industrial electronics and guarantees the highest quality. Calibration is carried out in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 at 25°C. The data loggers comply with the EU RoHS Directive (Restriction of Hazardous Substances).
data loggers
Data loggers for temperature and humidity are used wherever long-term monitoring of measurement parameters is required without the need for constant on-site personnel. This allows even hard-to-reach or remote measuring points to be accessed. With the Omni Sensors multi-channel data logger, you can connect, evaluate and document up to 256 sensors for measuring temperature and humidity in parallel. This makes the data logger ideal for quality assurance in industrial plants, laboratories and research facilities, for the transport and storage of goods, and in greenhouses and weather stations. The pre-calibrated climate data logger can be connected directly to your PC via a USB interface and continuously and reliably delivers all the desired measurement data.

Temperature data logger
The Omni Sensors temperature data logger is an important tool for controlling and monitoring processes in research, development and industry. With an accuracy of up to ±0.1°C, the temperature logger reliably measures and documents whether temperatures have been maintained or whether, for example, cold chains have been interrupted. To evaluate the data, we provide you with interactive software that allows you to easily evaluate and document the desired measurement parameters on your PC.

Data logger humidity
Omni Sensor data loggers for humidity monitor and document the indoor climate with maximum precision, thereby making an important contribution to quality assurance in research and industry. Even the slightest changes in humidity can affect laboratory conditions or production processes. Our smart hygrometer data loggers reliably record the humidity values you select and send them to your system via USB transmitter or PLC transmitter.
Transmitter for Omni Sensors data logger
With Omni Sensor’s data loggers for temperature and humidity, you can transfer the measured data to your system in two different ways: either via a digital USB transmitter that connects directly to your PC’s USB port, or via a PLC transmitter with a wide range of connection options to your machines. We will be happy to advise you on which transmitter sensor is best suited to your application. With the help of the supplied SENTAX software, which runs on Windows 10, you can individually evaluate and manage the data from the temperature transmitter and humidity transmitter.
USB Transmitter System
The new USB sensors measure relative humidity, temperature, dew point and absolute humidity. They are operated directly from a PC’s USB port.
The OHT-20 is available in three versions: Type A, B or C. Type A has an accuracy of ±1.5% RH for humidity and up to ±0.1 °C for temperature. In conjunction with the supplied measurement data acquisition software, it forms a highly flexible and precise measurement system with data logger limit value monitoring.
