Placement
We use high-precision, latest-generation automatic placement machines for SMD assembly in sample or series production. Whether 01005, BGA or yBGA, we can do it. We offer conventional THT assembly as manual or automatic placement.
We are happy to procure the necessary components for you.
Device Assembly
We not only assemble your printed circuit boards, but are also happy to assemble your complete module on request. A final test (including high-voltage test) rounds off the package. The test method is always tailored to the customer’s requirements and the respective module.
We are also happy to develop and manufacture the associated test equipment.
Cable Assembly
We also have the necessary knowledge and tools to fulfil your requirements in cable assembly.
We are happy to manufacture even small quantities for you.
Development
From the initial idea to the prototype, we work with you to develop your new product in compliance with the relevant standards. We are of course also on hand to assist you with CE certification. The development of electronic assemblies requires not only the use of the latest CAD software and development equipment, but above all experience.
